Most orders will be shipped same day. If the order can not be shipped as expected. We will send a prompt e-mail and check to see if you would like to wait on the order. Most orders will be shipped FedEx. However very small orders may be shipped by United Postal Service. We greatly appreciate your business. We want to be your primary source for striper tackle. If The Fishing Pharmacy has committed an error, The Fishing Pharmacy will retrieve the merchandise and refund it in full or re-ship it. Unfortunately, no additional discounts can be given if the item can not be retrieved. *International orders please be aware we do not ship outside of the United States. * Also, not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as packaging colors and shapes change quite frequently. If for any reason other than damages or errors on the part of The Fishing Pharmacy, you would like to return a item, you may do so at your own expense, but please be aware that their will be an additional 20% restocking fee. All return requests need to be made within 7 days of item received. All items returned have to be in original packaging. We recommend that you return your package by a carrier that requires a signature (UPS, FedEx, or Certified Mail). Please retain your tracking information in case we do not receive the package.
